This was started out of necessity since they & many other business owners lost their business in 2009 due to the economic crisis. Airsoft has been a great place to share their love for Jesus & people! They are unashamedly Christians. That does not mean they are perfect. But they strive to be like the one who is, JESUS CHRIST!

Young & elderly can both equally have a ball at Raptor Airsoft Field & Shop! We are all getting a little older, but the beauty of our airsoft fields is that each field is 5-10 acres wide! You do not need to run and gun it to survive each game. You can walk and play back and still have a fabulous time with your child and family! This is a wonderful, huge field that every age and ability can enjoy.
At Raptor Airsoft Field, you can expect a family-friendly atmosphere, all ages 7-77, physical exercise, camaraderie with family & friends, socializing & building wholesome fun memories in a safe, Christian environment! Doesn't that beat home bound, video gaming?

Gun safety is critical because fatal "accidents" occur every single day! Guns don't kill. Careless people kill. If your child loves guns, I guarantee they will get a hold of one in or out of your presence. Bring the family out to learn good gun habits. It could mean life or death one day.

If you see another customer displaying poor gun safety habits such as: gun not on" safety" mode in the safety area, magazine in while in the safety area, eye protection off while on the fields, shooting at our signs, shooting from the tables/safety area or destroying property, please notify our team.
There are designated places to shoot. It is imperative that everyone learn good gun safety habits that could one day save a life.

Terrain ranges all the way from sandy, heavily wooded, tight quarters combat, bus to bus combat, bunkers, lane ways & tons of coverage. And, many game scenarios!
Our field marshals choose which of our 7 fields (10-15 acres each) to

Anywhere from 30-50 walk-ups will show up throughout the day. The field marshal will divide the group into 2 teams. For example, if there are 30 people, then it will be 15 against 15.

We highly suggest that you arrive at 10am in order to enjoy a full day of airsoft where you can expect at least 6-10 games in a day. You can arrive at any time, but remember that you will get less games in when you show up later.

Call the springs beforehand to make sure there is not an overflow. The central Florida springs stays 70 degrees cold all year round and is crystal clear. It's about $6-$7 per car. Bring your suits and towel, jump in the springs after a hot day of airsoft.

Minors 12 or under must be a accompanied by an adult at all times on our private property.
Adults playing with minor players 7-10 years old on the field must be with them at all times especially during game play.

A reminder to minors: during the game briefings, you are to listen and not talk so you can understand the games when the marshal is explaining the boundaries, respawn locations, and new objectives of the game.
If a player is found not knowing the game because they weren't listening, they will sit out. It really ruins the game when folks choose to not listen to the new game and it does a disservice to other customers during the game.
Everyone has fun when they all know what's going on. It's always the few who aren't listening during the briefings before the games that cause the most problems simply because they chose to talk with their friends or tune out during the most crucial time.

Airsoft Explained in a Nutshell
It's just like paintball. But, instead of shooting paint at one another, the players use biodegradeable plastic bbs (washes away with the rain - not metal). The price is half the cost and less messy than paintball. And, instead of playing on little fields for paintball because paint can only travel so far, we play on huge fields that are 10-15 acres wide and the plastic bbs travel alot further.
The airsoft guns have the weight and feel of real guns. Airsoft guns are usually run by battery, air tanks, co2 or green gas. Airsoft guns are also made to replicate real guns such as sniper guns, M4 guns, pistols & shotguns. And, its neat because in paintball, you have to be quick because the fields are so little. Airsoft allows you to hide at much farther distances with your long range sniper airsoft gun or you can choose to run up closer to the opponent with your pistol, M4 & shield or melee plastic weapon of choice such as: plastic sword, plastic hatchet, plastic patty wacker or plastic meat hook.
It's an interesting sport because you will see outfits that range from jean & t-shirt, military clothing, all black to a bunny outfit and huge pickle costume while shooting each other on the fields. It really is a lot of fun!
This sport is amazing for the whole family because you don't have to be athletic to dominate at Raptor Airsoft Field & Shop. You just need to : pay attention to the rules, the new objective of each game, eventually learn to strategize & communicate with your team, shoot straight & hide well enough to not b
e hit by a biodegradable plastic bb!
All ages (7-90), mom, dad, brother & little sister can dominate on our fields! You just have to figure which type of player style best suits your strengths! If you are quick with your feet and love the risk of getting hit sooner than later, a pistol & M4 shorter distance airsoft gun may suite you. If you love to lay low in the brush & keep your steps few, the sniper gun is perfect for longer distance shooting that works great with our huge fields!
