There were demons all around us, but the Lord Jesus Christ went before us and sent His angels, our friends, to support us (my family & Raptor Airsoft)! They were a huge influence in the decision that was granted in our favor by the Lake County Commissioners yesterday. The permit was needed in order to keep our family business up and running. Our friends showed their love and support in various ways such as: writing emails to the decision makers (Lake County Commissioners), showing up and speaking in support of us at the various county meetings over the past 2 years (rezoning meeting, planning and zoning meeting and the conditional use permit meeting).
IN ORDER FOR RAPTOR AIRSOFT TO REOPEN, the Lake County Commissioners granted the permit on August 11, 2020, under certain conditions (conditional use permit) that we will have to impose, internally and externally. Here are a few of the conditions that were imposed on us as a result of complaints within some of the airsoft community. The county imposed a strict biodegradable bb mandate which will force all of our players to use biodegradable bbs purchased by us, limit our players to a total of 50, and other conditions we will post at a future time. Lastly, we must create an onsite plan, physically implement it, and then the county needs to approve of the changes implemented onsite.
Unfortunately, some within the airsoft community have attempted to sabotage the community itself . These deceivers will never be welcomed to Raptor Airsoft. If you want the truth of what's going on with our business and updates, stay posted at raptorairsoft.com.
God Bless,
